NICE TO MEET YOU

My name is Tereza Bajerová and I primarily direct reality shows and documentaries, where I focus on creating iconic moments audiences remember longer than the show itself.

Over the past few years, I’ve directed hundreds of hours of reality content and worked on projects such as Love Island, Survivor, Big Brother, and OKTAGON Celebrity Series .

My directing is built on real situations, not pre-scripted conversations. I’m interested in shaping what can’t be planned — real life. My work is about elevating the moments that determine whether an audience truly feels something they remember, or simply watches another episode.
